    Love these mixes!

    As a waffle lover and someone trying to eat lower carb and higher, quality protein for health reasons, I'm so glad I discovered these mixes! We can still have our waffles and protein, too. They cook beautifully in our GreenPan waffle maker every time, and we enjoy the different flavor options, and the gluten-free option, too. Each flavor is wonderful, but Blueberry and Chocolate Espresso are favorites. Delicious with berries or 100% maple syrup, and such a treat for a weekend or holiday breakfast. (They reheat beautifully in the air fryer on a weekday also.) We just received our third order, a variety pack, and will be back for more in the future. Happy to see them available at our local Hy-Vee, too. Thanks, Chef Bob!
